BUCHHEIM, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 3, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of Lot l0 of the Bates Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book l, page 96 of Niscellaneous Naps, Records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 10, said East li~e being the center line of the 40.00 foot street as shown on said map along the East side of said Lot 10, said point being distant South 0° 38'10" West 617.76 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence continuing along said East line South 0° 38' 10" West ~28.74 feet to the South line of said Lot 10~ thence South 89° 51' 10" West 30.00 feetA thence North 0 38' 10" East 428.76 feet; thence North 89~ 56' 00" East 30.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT therefrom the East 20.00 feet; and WIt~EAS, HUGH N. NEIGHBOUR, Jr. and SUZANNAH S. NEIGHBOUR, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated June 30, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: That portion of Lot l0 of the Bates Tract, as per map thereof recorded in Book l, page 96 of Miscellaneous Naps, records of said Orange County described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 10, said East line being the center line of the 40.00 foot street as shown on said map along the East side of said Lot 10, said point being distant South 0° 38' 10" West 432.96 feet from the Northeast corner o~ said Lot 10; thence continuing along said~Ea~t lise South 0v 38' 10" West 184.80 feet~ theDce South 89~ 56' 00 West 30.00 fe~t: thence North 0° 38' 10" East 184.80 feet; thence North 89u 56' 00" East 30.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT therefrom the East 20.00 feet; and WHEREAS, LUCIEN BUTT.~ WARD and ANNE COWLING WARD, husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 3, 1952 conveyin~ an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, de- scribed as: That portion of Lot l0 of the Bates Tract, as per map thereof re~orded in Book l, page 96 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot lC, said East line being the center line of the 40.00 foot street as shown on said map along the East.side of said Lot 10, said point being distant South 0° 38' 10" West 371.36 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 10; thence continuing alon~ said East line South 0° 38' 10" West 61.60 re_et; the.ri, ce Sout. H 8~9o 56' 00" West 30.00 feet; thence North 0° 38' 10" East 61.60 feet, thence North 89 56 00 East 30.00 feet to the point of beginning. EXCEPT therefrom the East 20.00 feet. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deeds for easements across the property hereinabove described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deeds to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
