RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Santana Inc., has presented to the City Council, a
grant deed dated October 17, 1952, conveying that certain real
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described
Lot "A# of Tract No. 1608, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 48, at pages 21, 22 and 23,
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the property herelnabove described. The
City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PABBED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of October, 1952.
