%W{EREAS, the ORAWGE COUNTY FLOOD CO}.iT~0L DISTR CT, a body of
-,oolitic of th{ State o,~ California, have presented to the City
Council of Santa Aha, California, a grant of easement for right
of way for Joi~t 0utfall Sewer purooses, for the use and bene-
fit of the Citi(-~s of Santa Ana, Anaheim and P~llerton, all muni-
cipal co~orations, on, upon~ under an{ across the ~arcels of
land described in said easement, a copy of which is attache{~
hereto an~ made a ear~ of this resolution by reference.
NOV., THENEFORL, BE IT 8~}SOLVED: That the Citp of Santa Aha
acting for the aforesaid cities accepts sai~) easement for right
of way and the nronerty ]oereinabove described, and hereby
authorizes an.~ directs the 14ayor and the City Clerk to execute
the said easement.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha, California at its re.-ular meetin held on the 17th :Jay of
November, 195~.
