RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS
UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS
FOLLOWS:
V~HA/qEAS by Resolution No. 3540 deted the 6th day of
January, 1947, and by Resolution No. 363~ dated the 19th day of
January, 1928, pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana, entitled "An Ordinance Regulating
the Use of Public Highways Within said City", adopted April 6, 1936,
the City Council did declare that the following curb along the
public highway in the City of Santa Aha shall be painted Yellow,
as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance
No. 1030, and the City Engineer was thereby directed to cause said
curb to be painted as above described on the following curb, to-wit:
FIFTH STREET
On the South side between Nain and Sycamore Streets,
located as follows:
The East 20' of the West 68' and the East 25' of the
West 155'.
AND, it is the desire of the City Council to abandon
and eliminate that certain loading zone as above described.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the foregoing loading
zone is hereby eliminated, and the City Engineer is hereby directed
to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of
the Vehicle Code of the State of California, and pursuant to the
provisions of said Ordinance No. 1030, the following curb along
the public highway in the City of Santa Ana shall be painted Yellow
as provided in Subdivision "H" of Section 9 of said Ordinance
No. 1030, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said
curb to be painted Yellow, as follows:
