RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AMENDMENT
NUMBER 2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE
OF STATE HICHWAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA.
W~EREAS, the State of California, through its Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented Amendment Number
2 to the Agreement for Maintenance of the State Highway in the City
of Santa Aha dated November 16, 1952.
%~EREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment Number
2 in full and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha that said Amendnent Number 2 is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf
of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of December, 1952,
