WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha is desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real property for public purposes, to wit: An easement for sewer purposes; and WHEREAS, two of the owners of said property have offered to grant to the City of Santa Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa nna~ Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all municipal corporations, ~heir successors and assigns the full and free r~ght to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain a sewer line or lines known as the Joint Outfall Sewer for the conveyance of sewage and waste water to the Pacific Ocean~ together with all and sundry other rights, uses and appurtenances necessary for the construction, reconstruction, operation and maintenance of sewer line or lines of the said Joint Outfall Sewer, on, upon and under andlacross the parcel of lan8 described below, together with the r~ght of ingress ~d egress to and from the said. oroperty at any and all times for the sum of $1©.OO; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha finds it is for ~he benefit and best interest of the Cities of Santa Aha, An~elm, Fullerton and Orange to accept sa~d offer and put'chase said right of way. NOW, THEREFORE, BE ? RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that tl~.e c. ffer of W. R. Faires an{~ D. Q. Faires to grant to the City of Sancta Aha for the use and be~eflt of the Cities of Santa Aha, A~he%~, Fullerton and Orange an ease- ment on, upon, under and across t]~e real property s~tuated in the County of O~ange, State of California, and more particularly de- scribed as follows: That portion of Lot "~" of "Tract No. 211," as ahown on a Map recor~ed~ in Book 13, page 40 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange C~unty, California, lying Easterly of a llne -1- 2 4 6 ? 8 9 10 11 12 gO parallel to and 30 feet measure~ Westerly at right angles from the Easterly line of Lot seventy-five of said Tract No. 211. be and the same is hereby accepted by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa Ana, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange and that the City of Santa Ana accept a conveyance of said property.
