HomeMy WebLinkAbout52-106 RESOLUTION NO. ~2-106 CONCERNING PARMING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitation created by Reso- lution Number 2487 adopted October 5, 1936 and ordering the curb painted white as follows: BROADWAY On the West side betwesn Fifth and Fourth Streets, located as follows: The Southerly 43 feet of the Northerly 109 feet; ~the parking limitation created by Resolution Number 3744 adopted February 21, 1949 and ordering the curb painted white as follows: LOGAN STREET On the East side between Stafford and Washington Streets, located as follows: The North 30 feet of the South 40 feet; the parking limitation created by Resolution 3744 adopted February 21, 1949 and ordering the curb painted white as follows: ORANGE AVENUE On the East side between St. Gertrude Place and St. Andrews Place, located as follows: The Northerly 30 feet of the Southerly 140 feet; the parking limitation created by Resolutioa Number 3897 adopted January 20, 1950 and ordering the curb painted yellow as follows: EAST FIFTH STREET On the North side between Main and Bush Streets, located as follows: The East 38.5 feet of the West 113.5 feet; the parking limitation created by Resolution Number 3518 adopted November 18, 1946 and ordering the curb painted yellow as follows: as On the East side follows: The North BUSH STREET between Sixth and Seventh Streets located feet of the South ~6 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded and the City Enginaer is hereby directed to cause the paint on said cur~ to be removed or covered. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes park- ing regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3217 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code as follows: STAFFORD STREET On the North side between Logan and Lincoln Streets, located as follows: The East 20 feet of the West 1SS feet; On the as follows: FAIRVIEW AVENUE South side between Broadway and Main Streets, located The East 60 feet of the West 428.5 feet; ORANGE AVENGE On the East side between St. Gertrude Place and St. Andrews Place, located as follows: The North 30 feet of the South 190 feet, and said curbs along said 8treats shall be painted white and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curbs to be so painted white. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking regu- lations and limitations as set forth in Section 3215 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and declares that the time limitation shall be for a period of twelve minutes and no longer as follows: -2- FIFTH STREET On the north side between Main and Bush Streets, as follows: The East 102 feet of the West 113.5 feet, located and said curb along said Street shall be painted green and shall bear a legend in white letters thereon indicating that the maximum time limit for parking shall be twelve minutes and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted as next herein- above described. BE IT FURTk~ RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa Zna Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes park- ing regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code and said curb along said Street shall be painted red as follows: BUSH STREET On the East side between Sixth and Seventh Streets located as follows: The North 30 feet of the South 46 feet, and the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said curb to be painted red as next hereinabove described. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of December, 1952.
