RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, WALTE~ Co COLLINS, a single man, and GRACE FULLER
VANDENBERG have presented to the City Council, an easement deed
dated December 29, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain
real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
Californis, described as:
A non-exclusive right of way for sewer and drainage
purposes in, over and on the South Five (5) feet of
Lot B-3 as shown on a Map of Dean's Addition to the
City of cents %ns, filed in Book I, page 21, of Record
of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
