RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING FILING
OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND DISTRICT MAP
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN STREET WOP~K.
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for certain
street work in the City of Santa Ana, California, have been
presented to this City Council, andsaid plans and specifi-
cations are designated, respectively,
sisting of 13 sheets numbered 1 to 13,
"Specifications No. 195"; and
"Plan No. 195"con-
inclusive, and
WHEREAS, an assessment district map designated
"Map of Assessment District No. 195" consisting of one sheet,
showing the boundaries of the territory to be benefited by
said work and to be specially assessed therefor has been
presented to this City Council; and
WHEREAS, proceedings for the construction of said
work are to be taken under the Improvement Act of 1911,
Division 7 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said plans and specifications for
said work and improvement are hereby approved and are hereby
ordered to be filed with the City Clerk of the City of Santa
Aha, California.
Section 2. That said assessment district map
is hereby approved and hereby ordered to be filed with the
said City Clerk.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 5th day of
