CITY OF SANTA ANA ACCE~TING A GRANT OF
EASE~:~NT FOR SEWER ?!/RPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha is
desirous of purchasing the hereinafter described real mro~erty for
public purposes, to-wit: An easement for sewer purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owner of said ?roper~i~has offered to grant
to the City of Santa Aha for the use and benefit of the Cities of
Santa Ana, Anaheim, ~ullerton and ()range, all municipal corporations
their successors and assigns, the full and free right to construct,
reconstruct, operate and maintain a sewer line or lines known as
the Joint 0utfall Sewer for the conveyance of sewage and waste
water to the Pacific Ocean together w~th all and sundry other rights,
uses ~md appurtenances necessary for the construct on, reconstructiom
operation and maintenance of sewer line or lines of the said Joint
0utfall Sewer, on, umon and under and across the ~arcelsof land des-
cribed below, together with the r~ght of ingress and egress to and
said properties at any and all times for the sum of ~10o00;

is for the benefit and best interest of the Cities of Santa Ana~
Anaheim, Fuilerton a~d Orange to accept said offer and purchase said
right of way.

City of Santa Aha that the offer of Mrs~ Co~a Braoewell CI'anda].% to
