RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
~EAS, RAYMOND GARDEA and IRENE GARDEA have presented to the
City Council, an easement deed dated January 28th, 1953 conveying
an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa
Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An Easement for Street Purposes over and across the
following:
Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 6 in
Block "J" of South Santa Ann, as per map thereof recorded
in Misc. Maps Book 5, Page 45, Records of Orange County,
State of California, said point being 23.76 feet Easterly
from the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 6; thence East
along the North line of said Lot 6, 16.5 feet to a point;
thence South 60° ll' 32" West a distance of 28.42 feet along
the Northwesterly Right-of-Way line of the Pacific Electric
Railroad; thence North 59° 59' 30" East a distance of 16.33
feet to the Point of Beginning. Above bearings are based
on the North line of said Lot 6 running due East and West.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Cler~ is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

duced and read to the said Council at its regular meeting

regularly passed and adopted by said Council by the following vote,
