RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, CENTRAL LABOR BUILDING & REHABILITATION ASSOCIATION
OF ORANGE COUNTY has presented to the City CounCil, an easement deed
dated January 29, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain
real property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for sewer and storm drain purposes on a
triangular shaped parcel of land which has a base of $.99',
an altitude of 35' and an hypotenuse of 36.1&'.
The above-mentioned parcel may be described as the Southerly
35' of an easement for road purposes as described in deed dated
July 12, 1887, as recorded in Deed, Book 266, Page 152, Records
of Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
