RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WR~:REAS, FRED V. BENNETT and VIOLET H. BENNETT, husband and
wife; DAVID C. BROWN and BONNIE MAY BROWN, husband and wife; and
WILLIAM D. GRESCHNER and EI0ISE W. GRESCHNER, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated Decem-
ber 13, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real property
in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for sewer purposes over the southerly 5 feet
of the following described property:
Lot "B" 3 and the Southerly 130 feet of Lot "B" 4 of "Dean's
Addition to the City of Santa Aha" as shown on a map filed
in Book l, page 21, of Record of Surveys in the Office of
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
EXCEPTING therefrom the East 25 feet. Also EXCEPTING there-
from the Southerly 5 feet of Lot "B" 3, as recorded in Book
2&17, page 577 of Official Records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be recorded with t~e County Recorder of Orange County, California.
