RESOLUTION ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
WHEREAS, GERTRUDE M. BURNS, a widow, has presented to the
City Council, an easement deed dated April 3rd, 1953 conveying an
easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa
A~a, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly Seven
feet of the following:
Lot Four, the South 40 feet of Lot Three and the North
7.5 feet of Lot Five in Block "B" of "Tract No. 284, Chanti-
cleer Manor," as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14, pages
i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange, County,
California.
- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Gity of Santa aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereimabove de-
scribed. The City ~lerk is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 6th day of April, 19~53.
