V~!EREAS, CARLOS C~RILLO and MARY CA~,~ARILL0, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, a grant deed dated April 23, 1953
granting certain real property for street purposes in the City of
Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as:
Lot 17 in ~lock "Q" of Emmett's Addition No. 3 to South
Santa Ann, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 8,
at page 55, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
