ACCEPTING QUITCLAE~ DEED
WHEREAS, E~.~T C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have presented to
the City Council, a quitclaim deed dated April 22, 1953 quitclaiming
certain real property for flood control purposes in the City of
Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California described as:
That portion of Lot 9 of the Bates Tract, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in BooE 1, at page 96, of Misc~ellaneous
Record ~aps, records of said Orange County, described as
follows:
Beginning at 8 point in the West line of said Lot 9, said
West line being the center line of the Street, 40.00 feet
wide, shown on said map along the West side of said Lot 9,
said point being distant South 0° 38' 10" West 64.53 feet
from the Northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence North 87°
35' 50" East 278.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 540.00
feet; thence Northeasterly along said curve through a
central angle of 12° 48' 50" an arc distance of 120.77
feet to a line tangent; taence North 74° 45' 00" East along
said tangent line, 2~8.34 feet to the beginning of a tangent
curve concave Southeasterly and having a radius of 560.00
feet; taence Northeasterly along said curve 112.00 feet,
more or less, to an intersection with the East line of said
Lot 9; thence North 0° 45' 00" East along said East line to
the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence South 83° West along
the North line of said Lot 11.58 chains to the Northwest corner
thereof; thence South 00 38' 10" West 64.55 feet to the point
of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That t~e City of Santa Aaa ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
