RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DIRECT-
ING THAT CERTAIN STREET WORK IN THE
CITY OF SANTA AMA BE DONE UNDER THE
DIRECTION AND TO THE SATISFACTION OF
THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS.
~EREAS, heretofore on this date, this City Coun-
cil had adopted its Resolution No. 53-78 ordering the
construction of certain street work in the City of Santa
Ana, said work being more particularly described in its
Resolution No. 53-43 and shown on plans (which include pro-
files and detailed drawings), designated "Revised Plan
No. 195," on file in the office of the Clerk of the Council
of said city, and described in specifications designated
"Revised Specifications No. 195," also on file in the office
of said Clerk of the Council; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that said work shall be
done under the direction and to the satisfaction of the
Director of Public Works, and that the materials used shall
comply with said specifications and be to the satisfaction
of said Director of Public Works;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That this City Council hereby directs
that said work shall be done under the direction of and to
the satisfaction of said Director of Public Works and that
the materials used shall comply with said specifications and
be to the satisfaction of said Director of Public Works, and
the contract for said work shall contain a provision to this
effect.
