V~TEREAS, ~,~RGARET E. DE~-ENNEY, a married woman, as her separate
property, has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
June 15, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly seven feet of Lot Seven in Block "C" of "Tract
No. 284, Chanticleer Manor," as shown on a Map recorded in
Book 14, pages i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
