WHEREAS, L. J. HEEDWOHL and MARION N. N~:'~DWOHL, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
June 15th, 1953 conveying an easement ac:ross that certain real
property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California, described
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly five feet of Lot One in Block "A" of "Tract
No. 2~5 McFadden Home Place No. l", as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~na
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause seid deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
