WHEREAS, DAVID F. 0RTIZ and MARY H. 0RTIZ, husband and wife,
have presented to the City ~ouncil, an easement deed dated Septem-
ber 16, 1952 conveying an easement across that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following
described property: Beginning at a point on the South
line of Lot l0 in Block "G" of South Santa Aha, as per
map thereof recorded in Book 5, page 43 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, 0.29 feet East from
the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 10; thence Easterly
along said South line of said Lot 10, 49.71 feet to the
Southeasterly corner of said Lot 10; thence Northerly
along the East line of said Lot lC, a distance of 86.10
feet; thence Southwesterly in a straight line to the point
of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the .20th day of
July , 1953o
