WHEREAS, JOHN SEBASTIAN and ELLA SEBASTIAN, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 28,
1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of California, describ, ed as:
An easement for street purposes over:
That portion of Lot I of the Sepulveda Tract, as per map
thereof recorded in Book 31 at page 197 of Deeds, records of
Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of ~yrtle
Street with the center line of Bristol Street, said inter-
section being a point on the east line of Section 14 southerly
1323.25 feet from the common corner of Sections ll, 12, 13 and
14, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, and is also the southeast corner of Lot l, of the
Sepulveda Tract, in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map thereof recorded in Book 31,
at Page 197 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles County, California;
running thence Westerly along the South line of Lot i of said
Sepulveda Tract to a point 40 feet from, and measured at right
angles with the center line of said Bristol Street; thence
Northerly along a line parallel with the east line of Section
14, 146.49 feet more or less to the South line of the property
granted to George D. Gregg and Kethryn M. Gregg, April 20th,
1949 and recorded in Book 1843 at Pages 72 and 73, of Official
Records of Orange County, State of California; thence Easterly
along said South line and its easterly extension of the proper-
ty granted to George D. Gregg and Kathryn ~. Gregg, to the East
line of Section lA; thence Southerly along the East line of
Section 14 to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM rights of way for Bristol and Myrtle
Streets previously granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August ,
