WHEREAS, TODDS CREAMERY CORPORATION, a California Corporation,
has presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated June 15,
1953 conveying an easemsnt across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of the
SouShwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Town-
ship 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Neridian,
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Dyer
Road as recorded in Book 274, at page 360 of Deeds of Orange
County and the center line of Halladay Street as recorded in
Book 19~, page 304 of Deeds of Orange County; running thence
Northerly along the center line of said Halladay Street 324.714
feet to a point; thence Easterly at right angles to the center
line of said Halladay Street 60 feet to a point; thence South-
erly alone ~ ~ine parallel to the center line of said Halladay
Street to the center line of said Dyer Road; thence Westerly
along the center line of said Dyer Road to the point of begin-
ning.
EXCEPTING that portion thereof previously granted for
Halladay Street and Dyer Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
