WHEREAS, ANN M. TOMLINSON and HOLLY M. TOMLINSON, both single
women, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
June 18th, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, described as:
An Easement for street purposes over and across:
~ The Westerly seven feet of Lot Twelve, Bloc~ "B",
Tract No. 284, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 14,
pages i and 2 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, Californis.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove
described. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
