'.~[EREAS, E. H. WARHURST and LILLIAN M. WARHURST, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
June 15th, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, Stata of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly seven feet of Lot Two in ~lock "M" of "Tract
No. 252, McFadden Home Tract No. 3", as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, page 33 of Miscellaneous Naps, records
of Orange County, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann,
at its regular meeting held on the l?th day of August
1953.
