V~EREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa kna adopted Resolution No.
~3-60 on April 20, 19~3~ designating Carl J. Thornton, City Manager, as authorized
agent to submit an application to the Director of Finance requesting an allotment
',ruder the provisions of Chapter ~?, Statutes of 19k~, and
W]{EREAS, paragraph 3 of said resolution stated ~28,8~7.1~0 as the estimated
cost of acquiring a site for a Fire Department Headquarters Building~ mud
7~EREAS, paragraph ~ should have listed ~29,020.90 as the estimated cost of
acquiring such site.
N~ff, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That paragraph 3 of Resolution No.
adopted by the City Council on April 20, 19~3, be and is hereby amended to read as
follows:
NOW, THF~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha,
the Local Agency~ hereby submits its request for acquisition aid to the
State Allocation Board and requests that the State pay the State's share
of the total cost to be paid for the acquisition for which the Local
Agency is requesting aid and the total estimated cost to be paid for the
acquisition of the right of way or site for which aid is requested under
said act is the sum of ~9,020.90."

meeting held on the 8th day of September, 19~3.
