conveying an easement across that certain real prooarty in the

An easement for street purposes over and across:
T~e Westerly five feet of the following: Lots Five and
Seven in Bloc~ "C" of "Tract No. 2~5, ~cFadden Home Place
Mo. 1", as saown on a I~ap recorded in Book 13, Gage 22
of ~iscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, California.
NOVJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa ~.na ac-
cepts saiG deed for easement across the property ~ereinabo~e de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is ~ereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recoraed with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
