WHEREAS, GEORGE D. GREGGand KATHRYNM. GREGG, husband and wife,
as to an undivided one-half interest, and HAROLD M. GRIMES and
HAZEL V. GRIMES, husband and wife, as to an undivided one-half in-
terest, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
September 10, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly five feet of the followi~g: Lots Twenty-one
and Twenty-three in Block "A" of "Tract No. 2~5, McFadden
Home Place No. l", as shown on a Map recorded in Book 13,
page 22 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property herelnabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cal-
ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann,
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Bep~emb~
1953.
