WHEREAS, EMMETT GUY DEEBY and MYRTLE C. DERBY, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated June 15th,
1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly Seven feet of Lot Two in Block "A" of "Tract
No. 252, McFadden Home Tract No. 3," as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, page 33 of Miscellaneous Maps, rec-
ords of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ane ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
