WHEREAS, MARTIN E. LINDSEY and ET~ANOR D. LINDSEY, husband
and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed
dated September 15, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa ann, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across the following:
The Westerly 5 feet of Lot Thirteen in Bloc~ "C" of "Tract
No. 245, McFadden Home Place No. l", as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 13, page 22 of Miscellaneous Naps, records of
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
~epts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
ihe Clerk of the Oouncil is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the Oounty Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ann at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of
