WHEREAS, MITCHELMASTiCH and KATIE A. NASTICH, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
October 9th, 1953 conveyiD~ an easement across that certain real
property in the City of Santa ~na, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of the
Jacob Ross Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa ~na,
described as follows:
A strip of land 20.00 feet wide, the Westerly line of said
strip being the Easterly boundary of Tract No. 1915 as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 53, page 41, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California; the Southerly
line of said strip being the Northerly line of Eighth Street
50.00 feet wide; the Northerly line of said strip being the
Southerly line of Tract No. 1685 as shown om a ~ap thereof
recorded in Book 49, pages 44 and 45, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
The ~lerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
