RESOLUTZON NO. 53-150
ACCEPTING EASEMENT DEED
I~q~EREAS, ALBERT F. SCHROEDER and LOUIS~ SCHROEDER, husband and
wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated
October 12, 1953 conveying an easement across that certain real prop-
erty in the City of Santa Zna, County of Orange, State of California,
described~as:
An easement, 20.00 feet in width, for construction,maintenance
and repair of sanitary sewer pipeline, the center line of which
is described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Park Lane
with the Westerly boundary of Tract 1824, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book 53, Pages l0 and ll, Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California; running thence
North 89° 59' 22" West 279.76 fee~; thence ~orth 86° 27' 41"
West 224.50 fee~; thence North 87~ 21' 27" ?~est 240.11 feet;
thence North 89v 59' 22" West 273.00 feet to a point in the
center line of Bristol Street, said point being located ~20.64
feet Southerly, measured along center line of said Bristol
Street from the Northwest corner of Section l, Township 5 South,
Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann accepts
said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described. The
Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be re-
corded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann,
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd
1953.
