ACCEPTI~G EASE~AENT DE~D
~qqEREAS, JOHN W. ERICSSON and EVA I. ~RICKSON, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 2~th,
1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over and across:
The Westerly Seven feet of the ~outherly Fifty feet of Lot
Nine, Block "B", Trsct No. 284, as shown on a ~ap recorded
in Book 14 pages i and 2, of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
N0~, T~REFORE, BE iT RESOLVED: That the City of Ssnta ~na ac-
cepts said deed for easement soross the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, cali-
fornia.
