V~HEREAS, HUGH M. NEIGHBOUR, Jr. and SUZANNAH S. NEIGHBOUR,
husband and wife, have presented to the City Council, an easement
deed dated October 15, 1953 conveying an easement across that cer-
rain real property in the City of Santa Aaa, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over a 60 foot strip of land
over the East 152.00 feet of Lot l0 of the Bates Tract, as
per mac recorded in Book l, Page 96 of Miscellaneous Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said County, dgscribed
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 10, being
the center line of the. 40 foot proposed street shown on said
map, South 0v 38' 10" ,Vest 892.25 fset from the Northeast cor-
ner of said Lot 10; thence South 88 38' 10" West 152.03 feet
to the West line of said East 152.00 feet, the side lines of
said 60 foot strip to be lengthened or shortened to meet said
West line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
