RESOLUTION NO. 53-156 ACCEPTING EASE~NT FOR RIGHT
OF WAY
WHi~EAS, LESTER L. CARDEN, Jr., as Administrator of the Estate
of ~RCUS t~JAWSKY, deceased, has presented to the City Council of
Santa Aha, California, a grant of easement for right of way for Joint
0utfall Sewer purposes, for the use and benefit of the Cities of Santa
Ann, Anaheim, Fullerton and Orange, all municipal corporations, on,
upon, under and across the parcel of land described in said easement,
a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution
by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann,
acting for the aforesaid Cities, accepts said easement for right of
way and the property hereinaOove described.
