WHEREAS, BENJAMIN W. VEALE and MAUDE M. VEALE, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated July 20,
1953 conveying an easement across that certain real property in the
City of Santa Ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Northerly 30 feet
of Lot i in the "Highland Street" Tract, in the City of
Santa Ann, as per map recorded in Book 6, page 40 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps of said County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove de-
scribed. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia.
