NO. 571-A
~TH~EAS, the Plan~ing Commission, after holding a public
beefing as required by Ordinance, recommended by Resolution No.
571-A that a Variance be granted to permit reduction of front set-
back to 25 feet; and
~HEREAS, there appears to be some question about which lots
the recommendation applied to;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance be granted
to permit a reduction in the front setbac~ on Lots 9 through 29
both inclusive, of Tract No. 1964 and %nat the requested reduction
in front setback on Lots i through 8 both inclusive, of Tract No.
196~ is hereby denied.
