OF SAID SYSTEH.
WHEREAS, the Board of A~m~nistration of the 8%ate Employees, Retirement System

entered into a Contract effective on November 25, 19_~_~, providing for the
participation of said

WHEREAS, it is now desirable to take advantage of certain benefits provided
under said Retirement System, and not included in said contract;

said amendment being attached hereto marked "Exhibit A", and by such reference made
