HomeMy WebLinkAbout54-024RESOLUTION NO. 5~-2h 'ACCEPTING EASEi~NT DEED ?~REAS, ~.D~T C. ~0G~RS and JUNA ROG~qS, husband and wife, gad H0i~R DEVELOPt~±~T CO., a California Corporation have presented to the City Council, an easement deed dated Novem0er 1O, 1953 in consideration of the paymen~ of no money conveying an easement across that certain real property in the City of Santa ann, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the following: a strip of land 60.00 feet wide being 30.00 feet on each side of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the East boundary line of Tract No. 1750, as shown on a map recorded in boo~ 52: page 22, of Eiscellaneous ~faps, records of Orange County, C~lifornis, said point being at the intersection of said line with the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, as shown on said map, said point also being on a curve concave Ooutherly and having a radius of 5028.3& feet; thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 2° 2&' 52" an arc distance of 211.89 feet to a point of reverse curvature with the curve concave Northerly and having a radius of 5000.00 feet, a radial line %o the cen- ter of said curve bears North 3° &6' 02" ~ast8 thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 6 15'~7" an arc distance of 5&6.55 feet to a point of reverse curvature with a curve concave Southerly and having a radius of 5000.00 feet, a radial line to the center of said curve bears South 2© 29' 45" EastI thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle of 2u 33' 45" an arc distance of 22~.62 feet to a line tangent; thence 5curb 89° 56' 00" East, along said tangent line, 0.22 of a foot to a point in the m~'est line of Tract No. 1323, as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, at page 25, of ~iscellaneous Eaps, records of said County, said point being on the center line of Santa Clara Avenue, as shown on said map. The Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
