?~2HEREAS, COUNTY SAEITATION DISTRICT N0. 1 OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA has presented to the City Council, a quitclaim deed
dated March 10, 1954 conveying an easement across that certain real
property in the County of Orange, State. of California, described as:
A strip of land 14 feet in width, being 7 feet wlde on
each side of and measured at right angles to a line which
is the center line of said strip of land, and which center
line is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Southerly extension of
the center line of Center Street as shown on a map of
Santa ~na Acres recorded in Book 5, Page 8,' Misc. Maps
of Orange County, California, 15.00 feet Northerly from
the intersection of said Southerly extended center line
of Center Strset with the center line of Edinger Street,
said point of beginning being Engineer's Station 75~ 15.73
on Exhibit A as referred to in Sale and Purchase Agree-
ment dated December 12, 1951, by and between the City of
Santa Ann and County Sanitation District No. l; 'thence
North 0o 19' West along the center line of Center Street,
and its Northerly and Southerly extension a distance of
5259.27 feet to Engineer's Station 127~& 78, (Enginaer's
Station 127~A 78 being in the [~esterly extension of ~yrtle
Street),
together with all sewerage facilities therein.
NOW, Ti~REFOPdE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann ac-
cepts said deed for easement across the property hereinabove described.
The Cler~ of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
