CONVEYING EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC STREET.
W~EREAS, William L. Babylon and Ida M. Babylon have presentsd to
the City Council a grant deed, dated March 5, 1954, without consideration
from the City, conveying an easement for street purposes~in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California described as:
Parcel 1:
That portion of the east half of the southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of Section 24, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, in the land allotted to F. W. Koll in
decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha,
recorded in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial
District Court of Los Angeles County, California, in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 43 of Tract
No. 1625, as per map recorded in Book 48, Page 46 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said Orange County; thence North 89° 45' 50" West
169.54 feet; thence South O° 03' 50" West 30.00 feet;
thence South 89° 45' 50" East 169.54 feet to the southerly
prolongation of the west line of said Lot 43; thence
North 0° 03' 50" East 30.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
Parcel 2:
That portion of the east half of the somthwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of Section 2~, Township 5 South
Range 10 West, in the land allotted to F4 W. Koll in decree
of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded
in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court
of Los Angeles County, California, in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 44 of Tract No.
1625, as per map recorded in Book ~, Page 46 of Miscellaneous
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County; thence South 89° 29' 10" West 169.55 feet parallel
with the center line of Edinger Street as shown on said map;
thence North Oo 03' 50" East 30.00 feet to the said center
line; thence North 89° 29' 10" East 169.55 feet along said
center line to the northerly prolongation of the west line
of said Lot 44; thence South 0° 03' 50" West 30.00 feet to
the point of hegiuning.
NOW T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed
to be properly recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTR. D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1954.
