FOR A PORTION OF SANTIAGO WAY
WHEREAS, ELECTRIC SUPPLIES DISTRIBUTING CO. OF SANTA ANA,
a corporation, has presented to the City Council an easement
deed dated April 16, 1954, without consideration, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Beginning at a point in the East line of
Lot Eight in Block Eleven, Subdivision Of Blocks
l0 and ll, Santa Ana East as per map thereof, re-
corded in Book 24, page 76 of Miscellaneous Records
of Los Angeles County, California, 234.09 feet
Southerly from the Northeast corner of Lot 2 in said
Block ll; thence from~he tangent East line of said
Lot 8, Northwesterly along tho s~c of a curve con-
cave Southwesterly, having a radius of 180.00 feet
through a central angle of 38° 57~ 50" an arc dis-
tance of 122.41 feet to a point; thence from a
tangent which bears South 59° 21t 15" East, South-
easterly along the arc of a curve concave North-
easterly, having a radius of 3505.00 feet through
a central angle of 0° 32~ 23" an arc distance of
33.02 feet to a point; thence South 45° 51' 41#
East 16.79 feet to the West line of Lot 6 in said
Block ll; thence South 0° 56~ 54" East along the
East line of Lot 6 and 8 in said Block ll, 84.09
feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to covenants, conditions, reservations,
restrictions and rights of way of record.
NOU, TH~.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts s~ d deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause s~ld deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1954.
