HomeMy WebLinkAbout54-054RESOLUTION NO. 54-54 AUTHORIZING EJ~CUTION OF W~EREAS, The City of Santa Aha has entered into an agreement with the State of California to transfer certain property to the State for a site for the construction of a National Guard Armory, under certain con- ditions in said deed set out; NOW, '£~REFGRE, BE IT RE~OLVED: That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute that certain deed for and on behalf of the City of Sauta Aha conveying to the State of California a real property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Block 3 in Tract No. 39, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in Book 9, page 37, Miscellaneous Maps of Orange County, State of California; thence East along the South line of said Block 3 and along the North line and its extension of Bl~ck 4 in said'Tract No. 39, a distance of 534.55 feet to a point; thence North 0° 22' 25" West 569.16 feet to a point; thence West parallel to and 30 feet Southerly from the center line of Delhi Road 150.00 feet to a point; thence South 0° 22' 25" East 386.60 feet to a point; thence West along the North line and its Easterly extension of said Block 3, 372.34 feet to ~ non-tangent curve; thence from a tangent which bears South 5- 22' 35" West, Southwesterly aio~g the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly and having a radius of 975.04 feet through a central aUgle of 5° 00' 00" an arc distance of 85.09 feet to a point; thence South O° 22' 25" East 98.29 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings and distances are as shown on aM ap filed in Book 27, page 30 of Record of Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
