CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE
THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That the parking limitation created by
that portion of RESOLUTION NO. 82-108 adopted December 15th, 19§B,
and ordering the curb painted ~ed~as~follows:
BUSH STREET
On the East side between Sixth and Seventh Streets
located as follows:
The North 80 feet of the South 48 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded and the Director of Public Works
is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curbs to be removed
or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions
of the Vehicle Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of
the Santa Aha Municipal Code, the City Council hereby establishes
parking regulations and limitations as set forth in Section 3217 of
the Santa Ana Municipal Cod9 as follows:
B~H STREET
On the East side between Sixth and Seventh Streets
located as follows:
The North 30 feet of the South 48 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted WHITE, and the
Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause said curb to
be painted as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of .... May ,
1954.
