~.%LEREAS, HORACE J. STEVENS, L. %'~. BE~IS and GLADYS BE~IS have presented to
the City Council a deed dated Narch 30, 1954, in consideration of $30,000.00
granting certain land in the County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 31 and 32 of Re-plat of Santa Aha Acres, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 5, at page 8 of Miscellaneous
Naps, records of said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said
deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause same to be
properly recorded.
PASSE~ A/~D ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1954o
