FOR A PORTION OF SOLW~H MAIN STREET.
~-HEREAS, JOHN WESLEY HANCOCK and EDITH C. HANCOCK OF SANTA ANA,
have presented to the City Council an easement deed dated May 8, 1954,
without consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The Westerly five feet of the following described property:
PARCEL ~l: The Southerly 39 feet of Lot 9 in the R.H.
Skiles Addition to Santa Aha, California as per map thereof
recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 3, Page 5, records of
Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
regular meeting held on the 17th day of May
