MISSION PROPOSED SETBACK LINES FOR RECOI~4ENDATION.
WHEREAS, setback lines as herein below set out have been pro-
posed and the same should be studied and reported on by the Planning
C¢,,m~, ~ ssion.
NOW, ThtMREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the question of the set-
back lines hereinbelow set out are hereby referred to the Planning Commission
for recommendation to the City Council. The ~reas herein referred are:
AREA I. A setback along the east side of McClay Street from
Chestnut to M¢~a~l~le~, 54 feet from the surveyed center
line of McClay Street measured at right angles.
AREA II. A setback along the North side of West 17th Street from
Bristol Street West to a point 138.71 feet East of the sur-
veyed center line of Aloha Street, 125 feet North of the
surveyed center line of West 17th Street measured at right
angles.
PASSED AND ADOP'~',:D by the City Council of the City of Santa Aaa at
its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1954.
