ACCEPTING DEED GRANTINGDRAIN'
WHEREAS, HAROLD G. GOOBER and HELEN 0. G00DER have presented
a deed granting an easement for drainage over propersy in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The West 246.26 feet of ~e following described
property:
A strip of land 50.00 feet in width, being 25.00
feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at the point of begining of that certain parcel
of land conveyed to the City of Santa Ana by deed recorded
December 10, 1945 in Book 1370, Page 24~, Official Records
of Orange County, California, said point of beginning
being the intersection of the center line of Sixth Street
with the Easterly line of Terminal Street; running from
said point of beginning Easterly in a straight line to
the western terminus of the centerline of Sixth Street
as shown on Tract 3~, recorded in Book 15, Page 5,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVe). That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered
to cause said deed to be recorded.
