LINE EASEMENT.
WEEREAS, HAROLD G. GOODER and HELEN 0. GOODER have presented a deed,
dated May 13,1954, granting an easement for sewer line over property in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The West 246.26 feet of the following described property:
A strip of land 10.O0 feet in width, being 5.00 feet on each
side of the following described center line: Begianing at the
point of beginning of that certain parcel of land conveyed to the
City of Santa Aha by deed recorded December 10, 1945 in Book 1370,
Page 248, Official Records of Orange County, California, said
point of beginning being the intersection of the center line of
Si~h Street with the Easterly line of Terminal Street; running
from said point of beginning Easterly in a straight line to the
western terminus of the center line of Sixth Street as shown on
Tract 344, recorded in Book 15, Page 5, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California.
Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations
and rights of way of record.
NOW~ THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to cause said deed to
be recorded.
