BED EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, CLARA EDITH VOSE has presented a deed, dated May . 3, 1954, granting
an easement for the purpose of improving, widenlsg, straightening and/or main-
taining the channel of Santiago Creek to facilitate the removal of storm waters,
in over and across property in the County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
Beg~nnfng at a point 255.51 feet West of a point on the
East line of Section 2, Township 5 South, Range l0 West, S.B.B.&M,
1179.98 feet Southerly from the Northeast corner of said Section 2,
running thence West 1371.82 feet to a point; thence North 15° 06' OO"
East 28.87 feet to a poise; thence East 1202.18 feet to the beginning
of a curve; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a curve concave
Southwesterly, having a radius of 488.45 feet through an angle of
19° 29' 38" an arc distance of 166.19 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THmREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed
and the Clerk of the Council is hereby ordered to cause said deed to be recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPI'ED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 17th day of Nay , 1954.
