WHEREAS, Marguerite E. Cook, a widow has presented to the City
Council a grant deed, dated May 17, 1954, in consideration of Thirteen
Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($13,R50.00), conveying property in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described
as:
Lot 2 of Greenleaf Tract, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 25, page 49 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California,
EXCEPTING T~EREFROM the East 5 feet as conveyed to
tb~ City of Santa Aha, by deed recorded in book 50,
page 378 of Deeds, records of said Orange County.
